Finger-jointed mouldings

Especially sustainable and efficient

Finger-jointing technology reduces waste and conserves valuable resources. Combined with energy-efficient production processes, it helps minimize the ecological footprint.

Rely on the finger-jointed mouldings from Theurl Leimholzbau GmbH – for a product that combines precision, quality, and sustainability. We deliver custom-made solutions in various wood types such as spruce, pine, birch, beech, and oak, as well as special solutions on request, such as abachi/ayous, to meet the highest standards.

Precision and Dimensional Accuracy

Thanks to state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and precise processing, we guarantee exact dimensional accuracy. Our mouldings impress with their consistent quality and perfect fit.

High-Quality Appearance and Stability

The finger-jointed connections create an aesthetically pleasing, uniform surface while also increasing the stability of the mouldings.

Sustainable Production

Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a core principle. We use only PEFC- or FSC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests. The finger-jointing technique also enables efficient material use by turning shorter wood sections into high-quality products.

LVL – Laminated Veneer Lumber

Special laminated veneer lumber – made from multiple layers of softwood veneers, usually spruce.

The individual rotary-cut veneers are bonded in a continuous process with staggered joints.

Wood chips & sawdust

Efficiency and sustainability are also our top priorities when it comes to processing by-products such as wood chips and sawdust.

To make transport as energy-efficient and resource-friendly as possible, we use a modern screw compactor that presses the wood chips and sawdust directly into containers. This offers the following advantages:

More Material per Truck

Compression allows optimal use of loading volume, reducing the number of transport journeys and thus lowering CO₂ emissions.

Sustainable Processing

The compressed materials are ideal for the production of sustainable products such as pellets and briquettes.

Energy-Efficient Processes

Our technology ensures minimal energy consumption with maximum efficiency.
